What is the PRISM Program?
The PRISM Program is a comprehensive health initiative at SPEKTRUM Health designed to provide uninsured patients with free PrEP while integrating regular primary care. Safe, Sexy & Healthy!
Who is eligible for the PRISM Program?
Eligibility is limited to uninsured residents of Orange County, FL who can provide proof of county residency.
What services are included in the PRISM Program?
The program includes 4 PrEP appointments, optional mental health counseling, case management, and access to PrEP medications. (Generic TDF/FTC=free, Descovy & Apretude available for a small fee)
Are there any costs associated with the PRISM Program?
We are a small, friendly practice. While PRISM appointments are free, a reservation fee of $25 applies in order to schedule your time in clinic. Certain medications may also incur additional fees. (Generic TDF/FTC=free, Descovy & Apretude available for a small fee)
How can I enroll in the PRISM Program?

What are the benefits of completing the PRISM Program?
In addition to the high quality healthcare and friendly interactions with our team, participants who attend all scheduled appointments within a year will receive a $100 gift card as a reward. (Intended to offset reservation fees)
