SPEKTRUM Health is growing! In order to meet the needs of the community we are currently looking for mental health professionals to join our team! We will consider both Full time and Part time applicants. Interested individuals must have be fully licensed in the State of Florida with no restrictions and/or contingencies. Must be experienced and/or fluent in the needs of the LGBTQA+ community. Experience with transgender medicine preferred, but training will be provided.
Our clinics are fast paced, fun and healthy work environments. We prioritize the experience of our patients to ensure they have a #betterHEALTHexperience! To ensure this is possible we create workflows and policies that maximize patient-provider time. We limit the scheduled number of patients to ensure there is adequate time to spend discussing individual health needs and developing treatment plans WITH our patients.
